Project Management Reports

In this blog we are going to explore the reports that are available in the project management module. We are going to discuss the in detail about the reports and its functions: - 


  • Stage Analysis Report: - This report is used to get a stage wise analysis view of the ongoing projects. This report enables the user to understand the current status of all the ongoing projects. The report displays information such as status, project overdue days, subprojects, variance, accumulated open amount (A/P)....

  • Open Issues: - In this report the list of all open issues entered by the user in each and every project is displayed. Every issue is segregated by projects and subprojects in the report. Some of the fields displayed in the report are, issue area, responsibility, entered by, due date, priority….

  • Resources: -  This report enables the user to get all the relevant information regarding any resources associated with any particular project. The report helps the user to review critical information related to resources such as days overdue, planned qty, additional qty, resource allocation and other similar information of this sort. 

  • Time Sheet Report: - This report displays the working hours that an employee has spent doing his/her work in a day on projects that require their expertise.
