HR Reports

Today we will look into all available reports in the Human Resources Module. 


  • Employee List: - This report provides information on all existing employees in the organization. Use this report to view and print out the list of company employees according to your selection criteria.

  • Absence Report: - This report is used to analyze the duration of absence for each employee. Once you fill out details such as date range, list of employees, managers and press OK, then the report is displayed. This report is also printable. 

  • Phone Book: - This report displays the contact information regarding each employee as per the selection criteria. Information such as, department, name, office phone, extension, E mail, are displayed in the report.
