Drag & Relate Tool (Payment Terms Tab)

The Business Partners Module in the Drag & Relate tool is very versatile in terms of functionality. The fifth business process information tab under this module is Payment Terms. As the name suggests, when you double click on this tab the user gets the entire list of Payment Terms created in the system. In addition, the user can further drill down into the report using the filter option present in the bottom right corner.  Some of the fields that are available as standard in the report are: - 

  • Payment Terms Code

  • Number of Additional Months

  • Number of Additional Days

  • Number of Payments

  • Max. Credit

  • Total Discount %

  • Interest % on Receivables

  • Commitment Limit

  • Price List

  • Partial Payment


The user has the option to open the Payment Terms Setup window directly from the report by pressing the golden drill down arrow. This option is available for every single Payment Term that is listed in the report.
