The Business Partners Module in the Drag & Relate tool is very versatile in terms of functionality. The fourth business process information tab under this module is Contact Persons Tab. As the name suggests, when you double click on this tab the user gets the list of all Contact Persons created for every business partner in the system. In addition, the user can further drill down into the report using the filter option present in the bottom right corner. The fields that are available as standard in the report are: -

Address
Telephone No
Mobile Phone
Fax
E-mail
The Contact Person field can be further used to create reports of numerous permutations and combinations. The user must drag and drop the selected Contact Person name onto any other desired business process information tab under the drag and relate tool to create an ad hoc report. For example, if you would like to get the list of all sales orders created mentioning a particular Contact Person, what you must do is select the Contact Person from the Contact Persons report, click on the Contact Person name till the field is highlighted and then drag and drop the field onto the Sales Order tab under the same Drag & Relate tool to generate the desired report. Similarly, the user can create dozens of other ad hoc reports by simply dragging and dropping.
