blog we conclude the introduction to modules. Let us dive deeper into the last
two categories of modules.

The two
modules that come under financials are banking and Financials.

accounting data and the chart of accounts is created and managed in this
module. Some of the additional features available in this module are fixed
assets management, budget setup, cost accounting, financial reports.
2. Banking modules takes care of all
transactions related to incoming and outgoing payments of the organization. Manual
and automatic creation of incoming and outgoing payments for various payment
means, Manual and automatic performance of internal and external
reconciliation, Post-dated and cash deposits of checks and credit card vouchers

· Production:-
Modules like
MRP, Production & Resources come under this category.
1. MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
effectively manages your material requirements in the manufacturing process. The Material Requirements Planning
(MRP) module enables you to plan material requirements for a manufacturing or
procurement process based on the re-evaluation of existing inventories,
demands, and supplies on changing planning parameters (such as lead time
determination, make or buy decisions, and holiday planning). This is achieved
through an MRP Wizard.
2. Production module is mainly used for
two purposes, Bill of Materials (BOMs) - specifies the quantities of
components that make up a product, Production Orders - a set of
instructions for planning and assembling a production item. It tracks all the
material transactions and costs involved in the production process, as well as
additional costs, such as labour overhead. In addition to the BOMs & production
orders, this module contains various reports to track the production process.
3. If your company provides support
services to its customers, or receives support services from your vendors, you
can manage all activities related to those services using the service module. To
support your services operations, you work with the following objects,
Equipment cards, service call, service contract & service reports.
